The early registration rate is still available for on-site participants:

• Listener: USD 150 (≈ 3,750,000 VND)

• Student Listener: USD 100 (≈ 2,500,000 VND)

All on-site listeners will receive:

To be published in the EIDT 2025 Proceedings in Springer® Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE), at least one author of an accepted paper must register as a Regular Author before August 10, 2025, and present the paper at the conference.

2. Download and complete the copyright form ([Download here]).
3. Upload the completed copyright form and final manuscript source files via EDAS (Deadline: before August 10, 2025).

• If you use Microsoft Word, upload the .docx file.
• If you use LaTeX, compress all source files into a .zip file (Note: .rar files are not accepted).

Note:

• VND prices apply only to Vietnamese authors.
• The option to register for the online conference is available only to authors from outside the country.
