Author Registration and Participation Guidelines

To be published in the EIDT 2026 Proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper must register as a Regular Author before August 09, 2026, and present the paper at the conference.

Registration Steps

  1. In the EDAS portal, visit My profile tab and double check your name, affiliation, country, and email fields. We use these data for your name tag.

  2. Download and complete the copyright form ([Download here]).

  3. Upload the completed copyright form and final manuscript source files via EDAS (before August 09, 2026).

Manuscript Submission Notes

  • If you use Microsoft Word, upload the .docx file.
  • If you use LaTeX, compress all source files into a .zip file (Note: .rar files are not accepted).

Registration Includes

  • On-site Conference:
    1. Access to conference sessions
    2. Conference materials
    3. Coffee breaks and lunch
  • Online Conference:
    Access to all sessions via the online platform.

Payment Instructions

  • Login to the EDAS page, locate your accepted paper, and register by clicking the registration column.
  • Choose the appropriate option and pay via credit card or PayPal directly through EDAS.

Registration Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
All registered participants are responsible for completing the registration before the deadline.
