Author Registration and Participation Guidelines

To be published in the EIDT 2026 Proceedings in Springer® Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE), at least one author of an accepted paper must register as a Regular Author before August 09, 2026, and present the paper at the conference.

Registration Steps

  1. Register via Google Form using [this link] (before August 09, 2026).
  2. Download and complete the copyright form ([Download here]).
  3. Upload the completed copyright form and final manuscript source files via EDAS (before August 09, 2026).

Manuscript Submission Notes

  • If you use Microsoft Word, upload the .docx file.
  • If you use LaTeX, compress all source files into a .zip file (Note: .rar files are not accepted).

Registration Includes

  • On-site Conference:
    1. Access to conference sessions
    2. Conference materials
    3. Coffee breaks and lunch
  • Online Conference:
    Access to all sessions via the online platform.

Payment Instructions

  • Login to the EDAS page, locate your accepted paper, and register by clicking the registration column.
  • Choose the appropriate option and pay via credit card or PayPal directly through EDAS.

Registration Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
All registered participants are responsible for completing the registration before the deadline.
